The Controversial NHS Bill and the Tories
The problem is that this NHS Bill has created more trouble for the NHS than NHS originally had. Cameron said he has listening ears and yet and yet again very very deaf to the warning by all health professionals who work or have worked in NHS including myself.
The fact that the Conservatives promised "no top- down reorganisation of the NHS" prior to 2010 election and also promised to protect the NHS when many NHS employers are sacking and making many frontline NHS staff including thousands of Nurses redundant is a very big lie from the Conservative party and it will take just fools to vote them in as a majority come next general election.
Many of us are unaware of the fact that many NHS employers for example in London has a long list of so many NHS staff laid off from work who are waiting to be employed by other NHS employers if vacancy arises and all these staff were laid off due to this unnecessary top down reorganisation. And yet NHS is struggling with shortage of frontline staff.
Don't forget the fact that David Cameron has shown in the past that he does not take advice until serious damages are done. Andy Coulson's employment in the WhiteHall is a good example of this as despite warnings from all corners urging Cameron not to employ Andy Coulson, David Cameron still went on and what did we hear at the end from David Cameron? I did not know about it.
The best thing for Cameron at this point in time is to just drop this bill as soon as possible and save us all from this agony he has thrown into the NHS. How I wish that the "sleeping LibDems " can stand on their feet and say it is better to quit as everyone is against this useless bill.

Do Americans know we love President Obama?
Americans are definitely lucky to have Obama as their President & how I wish Americans understand how jealous we feel about that. How many Obamas can you count around the world?

Nursing involvements
Visit to Rotary club of Exeter Enterprise D1170
Having attended the Royal college of Nursing South West training for Stewards in Exeter, I was able to attend a breakfast club meeting of Rotary club of Exeter Enterprise D1170.Luckily for me, the venue of the meeting was the same venue for my training. The club welcomed me well and the above pictures can speak for themselves. This is one of the youngest clubs in UK here as they are just about 1year old since they were charted.I am hoping to meet them at RIBI conference this April in Edinburgh.
Follow this link to the club website and you will see one of these pictures on their home page http://www.rotary-ribi.org/clubs/homepage.asp?ClubID=2003

Rotary activities 2009
It was great to be at the D1100 Conference in Jersey which went well as we had great speakers who all gave very wonderful speeches. It was nice meeting other rotarians from other clubs and sharing a table with the district governor and district governor nominee from D1110.I enjoyed it all and look forward to more upcoming events.I can't afford to miss them.
I am looking forward to attending the RIBI conference in Edinburgh from 24-26th April 2009 and likewise the Rotary International Convention in Birmingham from 21-24th June 2009.There are quite alot of pre-convention events starting from 18th June. Will you be attending? It will be nice to meet you there. It is quite great to be part of the good work Rotary and rotarians are doing in making life better for others in their own little way.I will likewise be volunteering at the convention in June and I look forward to that.
